First: Website Terms of Use

Najdyh Dates welcomes you and thanks you for your trust. By using our website and completing any purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The customer is obligated to enter accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, including name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. The customer is responsible for any errors resulting from entering incorrect information.

2. The store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and will not share or disclose it to any third party, except in cases required for order fulfillment or compliance with applicable regulations.

3. All prices displayed on the website are final and non-negotiable, except for officially announced offers and discounts.

4. The full order amount must be paid via the payment methods available on the website before the order is processed. No order will be prepared or shipped before payment confirmation.

5. In the event that a product is delivered that does not match the order or if there is an error on the part of the store, the store is obligated to compensate the customer or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer, including shipping costs.

6. The store is responsible for the safety of the products until they are delivered to the customer in good condition. The store is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage after receipt.

Second: Return and Exchange Policy

Timeframe

• The customer has the right to request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The customer has the right to request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the order.

• No return or exchange requests will be accepted after these periods.

Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

• The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

• The purchase invoice must be presented or attached.

Important Note:

Food products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in order processing.

Non-Returnable Products

• Products that have been opened or used.

• Products damaged due to improper storage or use.

• Orders received more than the timeframe specified above.

Shipping Costs

• If the return or exchange is due to an error on the part of the store, the store will bear all shipping costs.

• If the return or exchange is at the customer"s request, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Refunds

• For electronic payments, refunds will be issued to the same payment method within 21 business days of the order acceptance date.

• For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be transferred to the customer"s bank account after providing the required information via email or WhatsApp.

• The store reserves the right to refuse a return request if the conditions are not met, and will notify the customer of the reason for the refusal.
